India Metal One Steel Plate Processing Private Limited (IMOP), established in 2011 with its manufacturing plant at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, is an ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified company specializing in steel plate processing and fabrication for heavy machinery and construction equipment industries. A subsidiary of Metal One Corporation, backed by Mitsubishi Corporation and Sojitz Corporation, IMOP operates a state-of-the-art facility with an annual capacity of 36,000 tons. Since commencing operations in 2012, the company has served leading clients including Caterpillar, Kobelco, Tata Hitachi, Doosan, and XCMG. IMOP continues to grow through innovation, quality manufacturing, and a strong commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction.

Foundation
IMOP established with a mandate for global manufacturing excellence at Sri City.
Operational Launch
Full-scale production commenced August 18. Initial focus on Earthmoving Equipment OEMs.
Manufacturing & Supply Parts for Export Models
Began production and supply of export-model components, supporting international customers with quality-assured manufacturing solutions.
Capacity Expansion
Plant expansion to increase production capacity and meet growing global demand.
SAP Integration
Seamless integration of SAP systems to streamline enterprise operations, improve data flow, and enhance real-time decision-making across departments.
Second Plant Construction & Operations
Construction and operation of a second manufacturing plant to expand steel plate processing capacity, improve production efficiency, and support growing customer demand.
